President Bush Proclaims NFW
To acknowledge NFW, President George W. Bush issued a proclamation in which he invited individuals to participate in recognizing the importance of family by holding or taking part in a local celebration.

National Family Week’s (NFW) top priority is to support the civic engagement work of the Alliance for Children and Families and its membership. Learn more

National Family Week is made possible through the efforts of the Alliance for Children and Families, with the generous support of The Annie E. Casey Foundation

The Alliance for Children and Families, a nonprofit membership association representing child- and family-serving organizations in the United States and Canada, has directed National Family Week efforts for more than 30 years.
